Can I try Coach before paying?
Yes. Free learning paths are fully open with a free account, and most Premium and VIP paths have preview units anyone can open—no account needed—before you decide.
What's the difference between buying a path and a plan?
Buying a path gives you lifetime access to that one path. Premium and Ultra are monthly plans that open the whole library while you're subscribed.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown in USD as a guide. You're charged in Canadian dollars—CA$10 a month for Premium or CA$20 for Ultra—and your bank converts the amount.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Any time. Open Plan & billing from your account to switch between Premium and Ultra, update your card or cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I keep my progress if I cancel?
Always. Your XP, badges, trophies and certificates stay on your account, and paths you bought stay unlocked for good.
